This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Strange Particles (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Horama.
By accepting our Privacy Policy, you agree to let Horama collect, use and disclose information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below.
The Application is a puzzle game where the player needs to heal the colored balls on the stage in order to complete the level. Skills such as coordination and memory, as well basic physics knowledge, will be required in challenging ways as the player progress through 6 chapters, each one containing many levels.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you authenticate during start up. Those data allows the Application to identify the user and give him access to dedicated services, which are provided by third parties. In adition, those data may, or may not, be asked on future since user authentication data are store by those services.
Third party services may also collect credit card information from purchases, as users can acquire virtual items in the Application.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

For that, those companies may use data collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the mobile operating system, device identifiers and how often the Application is used. With that analytic technologies integrated into the Application, we may understand user activity with the Application, determine the popularity of certain content and deliver future contents. So if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access the Application
Game centers third party platforms may use data collected by our Application in order to keep track of player progress in game and keep track of actions made by the user in the Application. These platforms are open communities where you should expect that your gameplay information, including, but not limited to, user name, social media profile picture, game activity/statistics and game achievements are publicly posted and shared within the Application, on the platform or social networks, and/or third-party games or web pages.
Horama does not collect or share information that we know directly and clearly identifies you (such as your real name or email address). The platforms, however, are created and maintained by third parties who are not affiliated with and/or controlled by Horama. Your use of game center features is subject to the applicable third party platform’s terms of use and privacy policies, as identified below.
Game center technologies are integrated into the Application, so if you do not want to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access the Application.

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application: You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or in Application messages. By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
